can u describe what listening music use for ?

it depend on what kind of music that you hear. if you listening kind of rock music, it can make you more spirit, and for me if i listening that music, i can not concentrate with my work. if you listening slow music, it can make you calm down. if you listening happy music, it will make you happy.

For me listening to music makes up my day. It lightens up my day and most often gives me inspiration on whatever i am doing. It also relaxes me when i an beat and lifts me up when i am down. Of course, each mood have its own music to match. Try it with those mellow sounds first and try to enjoy it. Good luck.
