has this ever happened to you on mylot?

it happened to me twice today!!! whenever click to post a response or comment in a discussion we go to a page with a big blank box to type in our response and submit it, right?..........so, i found a very interesting discussion today and started writing the response .....and i ended up typing a very long (and useful..lol) one. but after clicking the submit button, i couldn't believe i came back to the same page with the big blank box to type in my answer..????...didn't understand what to do.....went back to the discussion and saw....my response wasn't there... so, i thought ...night be some mistake....it happens some times.....but, now i don't want to type all that again...:-(.....so, i just kept that tab open...thinking I'll do it later. now after spending some time on mylot, this happened again????(with some other discussion i wanted to respond to...(this time my response wasn't that long!!!luckily) so, what is this about??....has it ever happened to you??...why does it happen??

Hello uniquestar, I guessed this happened to me before, when I was still a newbie. i can't remember exactly what happened. But I was also annoyed because I can't remember what I typed. but this past few days it never happened to me again take care

Hello Uniquestar, About your experience, it happens to me before, when my connection is very slow or internet is not stable. I don't know how to explain, but I think, when you are disconnected or internet is very slow near to having disconnection from internet right after you submit a comment, the page is reloaded, that is why when the page appear again it will show you the comment box blank. I don't know if you understand what I mean but hope you do :-) Des

ohh...yes, i understood what you said.... and yes, i think my connection was slow in the morning when it happened.....so, that might be reason. thanks for your (useful)response....:-)
