Have you tried aloe vera?

Its a drink in a green bottle thats made from aloe. You can buy it at the supermarket mostly the asian ones. Its pretty good and its healthy. The bottles says its healthy for the skin, like making it soft. I drink a bottle like everyweek. The bottles are pretty big like 1.5 liters I think. Or the small ones which seem to be more expensive then the big ones. Aloe is also in lotion so thats probably why aloe is good for skin. Its like clear water with chunks of aloe I mean alow of chunks. It tastes a little sweet but really satisfying.

please be carefull when drinking these kinds of drinks, as an aromatherapist my training teaches me that too much of a good thing can also be bad also take into account that aloe can effect your pancreus so if drinking it only drink the recomended amount

I've never tried the drink. I haven't even seen an aloe vera. I've only tried the aloe vera lotion you put on when you have sunburns. I'm going to look for that drink though.

I have heard about this but have never been game enough to try it, i have a real sweet tooth and for some reason I thought it would be bitter, I must try it next time i see it...
