are credit cards useful to your finances or the other way around?

hello there! Good Morning! Based on my experience, I find credit cards useful for me. I don't always have cash so whenever I need to buy some important stuff or things for my family or myself, I always opted to use my credit cards... but ofcourse, i would really budget it or I will only use it if it is necessary. AS much as possible, I don't use use it because I don't want to practice bad use of credit cards. I have seen my aunt suffered from bad credit, I meant, she keeps on using her credit cards and was not able pay it on time that is why she has a hard time loaning money in the bank when she needs to.
