if you want to buy a house,but you have not enough money.how about you?

If i want to buy a house and i do not have money.Then i will not buy a house.Here in India in my city too houses are very expensive.Now its recession time over here.People have increased all the housing and property rates.I pal n to buy a big house with a garden and terrace.

Hi Amy! I really feel for you... I know what its like... Having to see a lot of your $ go into investing in a good home. But let's face it. I live in Singapore where housing also expensive. Loan from banks or financial institution are risky. So make sure ur friends can recommend someone reputably honest & trustworthy and not just out to make commission. Find government approved or government linked ones to be safe,not sorry. In Singapore,owning a home is almost a must if u are married. U getting married or starting family? Since you not sure whether to buy or not, I suggest u do a Benjamin Franklin close on yourself. Take out a piece o a few pcs of paper,draw line in the center. One side heading:Pros ,the other side: Cons List down and number all the pros and cons of your decision. Believe me, your mind will think clearer on paper. Meditate on it for 3 days and make sure you have list out every agreed or rejection response written on it. Once you've decided,GOD-willing,you will know what to do. Whether its to find a higher paying job,borrow somewhere thru loan,finding the right ppl to assist you,trust that you will be guided if your intentions are pure and sincere.
