Easter Eggs?

I use to make easter eggs and stuff when I was a child, but just like all the other childhood past times I out-grew that and when I have kids I will do the same thing with them.

I really don't think that a lot of kids understand the meaning of Easter but then there are also a lot of adults that don't know the meaning either. I like to celebrate Easter b/c it means special times with my family. [b]**AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~[/b]

Personally I feel that Easter is loosing it's real meaning and most people are not even Celebrating this Holiday anymore. Most people will tend to buy the Chocolate eggs and other candy out there, but if you ask them what is for, unless they are a Christian they have no real idea. It is sad, and one thing I wish that more people in the world would remember and be Thankful for as well.

Easter to us is about family time & yes the Easter bunny. Yes, I do an egg hunt for the girls. They also each get an easter basket from us & also a number of them from everyone else. It is up to the individual family to decide how comercialized things become for them. You have to remember lots of people do not celebrate a religious aspect of it.

Easter eggs here is a great tradition. I think the kids of today are pretty smart. And if taught right they are very knowledgeable. The eggs associated with Easter is just a form of entertainment for the younger children to get them involved.

i love making easter eggs and then finding them my family gets together and we still do a easter egg hunt its so great for the kids..
