What are your favourite types? Do you have a favourite type of bread? Do you like white or brown, baguette or bagel? Roll or wrap?
Surely there are just too many choices these days whatever happened to a good old fashioned two pieces of white bread and a filling?

Its gotta be a SUBWAY for me Abbey. Footlong Italian BMT on Honey Oat bread with salad (no cucumber) Cheese, Gherkin and sweet onion sauce----yummmmmmmyyyy.
But every once in a while i love a cheese and pickle sandwhich on white bread.
Basically as long as its food im not too picky. LOl

I like subway but sometimes simple is good like your cheese and pickle now that is good

I have recently discovered Joseph's brand pita bread, flatbread, and tortillas. They are low in carbs and fat, in fact they contain Omega 3 and Flax Seed Oil making them actually heart-healthy. I found them in the deli at Walmart, but I'm sure they are available in other places. Give them a try. I really really enjoy them.

my faves are :
tomato,bacon,avacado w/mayo
egg salad, chicken salad, tuna salad, seafood salad
roastbeef and cocktail sauce (i know it sounds weird but it rocks!)
pb&j w/honey & chocolate chips
meatball subs & philly cheesesteaks
