Would you really try to HELP even if it is at the cost of your Life?

There is of course no second opinion to help out others. I do try to be helpful at my workplace at home or even to those where I can do it within my means. There are certainly people who try to help others and even beyond their means and powers. I do appreciate. What do you believe? Is it good to help others who are hlepless even at the cost of your life? God bless you!
