What is your worst nightmare in your entire life?

This happened to me several times already, I dreamed that i can't hardly move, seemed like there's someone preventing me, and if I cannot move my body, I will die. In that dream, it seems like I am really aware of what's happening. I am using all my strength to move either my hands or my feet. It's seems so difficult. Luckily I was always abled to wake up. That is really creepy, the nightmare that I am really avoiding. Some said we must not sleep with straight body, including our hands and feet. We should bend either one of our feet or hands so that we can use it to kick so that we will be able to wake up. How about you, what is the worst nightmare you ever had?
