What os do you use??

What OS do you guys use?? I use windows media center 2005 with dual boot with ubuntu 8.10. I recently installed ubuntu and I'm very impressed. It's quick, efficient, and stable. Haven't had a single crash. In fact, my computer has been on for a whole week and I still don't have to restart it. It's also very customizable. I have compiz fusion running on it and the user interface is just wonderful. I even can run all my windows apps and games at full speed on here with wine. I barely even boot into windows anymore :D

hi i am using multiple operating systems like ubuntu 8.10 and windowsxp2..i also recently installed ubuntu for my project and it is fascinating to use it because it less time for data transfer and we can easily navigate to other drives..the main feature of ubuntu is viruses of windows can't enter in to it...

indeed. Ubuntu is so fast and efficient. The open source model has a lot of benefits and applications.

Hey! I'm using Ubuntu from more than a year till now. And you are absolutely right fast, highly secured, a very stable and robust system. I have kubuntu, xubuntu, and soon enlightenment desktop managers. I just upgraded lately my Ubuntu to Intrepid and ordered lots of absolutely free CD Installers. My computer is only on Pentium 4 with upgraded 1gig of ram and a wireless connection. It is almost look like a Mac desktop.... lol.... and feels like Vista... lol.....
And soon I'm have a brand new Apple iMac. And I'm very surely I will have Ubuntu on it also. And, hmmmm maybe a Windows also....lol mmmm maybe after an official Windows 7 released....lol I still love old classic Window games..... I know there's already games on Mac and that are popular on a Windows today.

i usually just use the OS that comes with the pc..currently am using windows vista home edition

I just use windows xp and this seems to work fine. I used ubuntu for my webserver. Cheers!!

i am using windows vista basic edition in my laptop, and xp home edition in my desktop...
