Broken phone..

They might mix without shorting out if you do not turn it on while it's wet. The thing to do is to get it totally dry before turning it on. Cheers!!

My brother done that three time before. Usually he use costly mobile but he will use it for six to one year only. he always drop the cell phone, all the costly mobile became useless. now he using lower end mobile and he using it more than one year, he still continuing the dropping but the phone survived.
