what is a good way to lose weight?

im not overweight and im not underweight, i just feel like i should lose a couple of pounds to make my self esteem rise. what is a good way of losing weight and keeping it off? is there special foods? special exercise? what works for you?

i drink slimming teas once in a while when i feel constipated. i eat heavy breakfast but i don't eat luch or dinner as much as possible. i only drink water when i feel really hungry and i exercise when i get a chance to. one of my friends said that no matter what kind of diet you do, you won't be really successful if you don't exercise.

The best way to los weight is to do exercise daily and I mean exercise relly takes time like jogging in the mourning but you also have to have a good diet so that the weight you lose in the exercise won't return because of what you ate. Or if you want, you could just go to a gym. Hehehehe... Be involve with sports. You will lose alot of weight their.

Portion control, smaller portion sizes and better food choices are your best options. Also, any kind of exercise will be helpful. Just get moving. Dance to the music. Run around the block. Play tag with a kid or pet. Do jumping jacks or sit-ups while watching tv.
