There are so many people entering contests that I really don't bother anymore. Everyone wants to win some money or a prize. I just let them, I have better things to spend my time on.

One time. I attended the grand opening of a grocery store and I won a basket of fruit. That's the only thing I've every won!

In contest every ticket or entry has the same chance of winning, so no matter how often you enter the odds of winning are the same each time. In competitions you have more chance, as you get better at each entry you have more chance of winning

People take contests for various reasons. To win the contest may come up front. But it is also a meaningful process to get new experience. If you take it as additional enrichment for your life, you might enjoy the process, instead of only the result. However, taking contests needs time and energy. You need to well manage the balance, in order not to be frustrated by overspending your limited resouces. Taking fun and enjoying the process can sometimes remove our negative feelings. Life is to be enjoyed.
