The exercise game promises to make the whole family healthier and more active. So do you own one? Are you using it? And if so, how much weight have you lost? http://videogames.yahoo.com/feature/the-truth-about-wii-fit-and-weight-loss/1284826

I don't have one yet, but that is what I asked my husband for for my birthday. So hopefully I can get one and try it out.

Anything which encourages you to move might be a good thing. I haven't seen or used the Wii Fit, however. It is a good idea. I just haven't seen how the execution of the idea pans out. I'm sure they will print up a study sooner or later.

No I don't own one not even a Wii my nephew does but I doubt I would be able to use the weight loss Wii Fit anyhow since I don't think it will hold over a certain poundage. I read the article and the person is right..just like any other exercise equipment we buy if we don't use it we won't see results and all it will do is collect dust. My mom wants to get a Wii for my little sister who loves games and is 119 pounds at almost 8 years old but she is big boned(large frame) and tall for her age. I think it would do her some good since she loves it I wonder if they have a dancing one? She loves dancing as well.

Wii is a very interesting game. I think it's easier than Xbox. And it is much more suitable for a whole family to play it. The games of Xbox are usually a bit violent. And Wii is also a good kind of funny exercise. I have a dancing carpet and I sweat a lot after dancing for a while already:) I love China

I don't have one, but a friend of my mother has one and she says it is fun. She does it by herself and with her grandkids when they come over to the house.
