Favorite movie of 2008?

2008 was a great year. Many movies came out like twiilight and others. I didnt really enjoy twiilight, but thats just me. My favorite movie was Iron man, Death race, and The Dark Knight. These movies were sensational and worth the watch. I own all these movies in my collection hehehe. I love movies and want to watch them again. Well I dont get the chance to but hope to. How about you? What movie did you like of 2008?

Okay, I'd go for Atonement. It's a light movie but I love the whole plot. The casts are so perfect for their roles. I really like this movie, I even downloaded it to my iPod. I think I've seen it over ten times this year. If I am not mistaken, this film was released sometime in January-March.

Not like it matters, apparently... I always forget to consider movies that came out at the beginning of the year so, in order to accurately answer this question, I went to a site that listed the 50 best movies of 2008 and in the top ten were Sweeney Todd which came out in December 2007 and Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince which comes out July 2009....
And this wasn't just some average Joe with a Blogspot, it was a bonafide, online entertainment magazine. So if you want Atonement to be your favorite of 2008 then it by golly can be your favorite! 
P.S. It was released January 4, 2008 in the States so, yes, it qualifies.

i also have iron man in my collection, also have dark knight and kung fu panda. i think all in all i love kung fu panda lol. i also have indiana jones (always love harison ford 
). did i miss something? hmmm the new 007 is not much of my type so i will not include quantum of solace

I got my copy of Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist from the UPS man today! That was absolutely, hands down, my favorite movie of 2008. No flash, no spectacular special effects, no ridiculously unintelligent humor (save for the drunk girl fishing her chewing gum out of the toilet). Just a simple comedy that turned out fantastically.

Most definately The Dark Knight. Heath Leger totally stole the movie playing the Joker. The effect were quite amazing and i wait in anticipation for the next Batman movie.

Mine for sure was the dark knight. It was one of the only movies that blew me away while I was watching it. I can watch it again and again and still love it.
