Do you enjoy your airplane time? A air sick can destroy all your pleasure. Also can effect your actions. In that case, how to relieve a air sick?

I always take a motion sickness pill before I fly and that usually keeps me from getting sick.

i haven't take a airplane. but i take train. i feel not very well when i by train. and you must not to eat a lot when you by train. and don't sit too many times. you should drink water, but not to eat even you feel hungry.
