what is TRANSACTION PIN in alertpay? I dont have any back account. help

hi i am trying to register in alert pay. I dont understand TRANSACTION PIN number. I dont have any bank acount. smithbux.com (PTC) pays through paypal or alter pay ? thnx in adv.

when you register in alertpay, they'll ask you for a transaction pin. think of a 6-digit number and type it as your pin. but you have to remember that number because everytime there is a transaction, they might ask for your pin.

I'm not sure if this is helpful, but "pin" stands for "personal identification number". They must have given you a number to identify yourself when you signed up for Smithbux, or whatever site you registered with.
