Hurray, I am ranked number one!

Hi Breezie,It's good to hear from you. It would be lovely if you joined this category! I haven't been that active on the arena either; little pm'ing here and there but not that much. I do still collect actively, but just like you it pretty much depends on how my income is coming along. I do visit yard sales and thrift stores and pick up everything and anything I can find there. I did win an MLP related auction last night; a pattern by butterick to make a plush moondancer. I never thought I would win it for the offer I made, but it turned out I won it for the starting bid of $0,99! You can imagine how happy I was! I hope you will be able to start expanding your collection a bit more again soon. Perhaps mylot can help you towards a small extra income you can use for buying ponies. I sure know where my $10 for this month is going .

How wonderfull! I am still looking for spare time to finally make one. I currently have a firefly, a starshine and a blossom one so I am very excited I am adding a unicorn pattern to my collection. I would love to see a picture of the plush pony you made. Why not post it here in this thread? Everyone will be able to see your lovely work and you will earn extra mylot credit aswell; with which you can buy new pony stuff .

Congrats on winning the pattern. I bought some a few years ago on ebay as well, they are the Firefly and the Starshine ones. I debated about using one and finally opened and used the Firefly on to make a plush for my daughter for Christmas one year. She loved it and was surprised since she didn't know I had bought the patterns.

It indeed becomes harder when the kids go back to school and you have little spare time on your hands. For me, as a part time student, the summer holidays are a time I can post more. I still work 3 days a week but I will have no homework on the other 4 days which is really a whole lot of time opening up to me. Thank you for responding and have a great day!

Thank you . Even though I have hardly competition, who cares.. lol! Like a dance group on America's (or was it Britain) got talent said: "Chase the dream, not the competition". I believe they said well . I haven't checked in on my status for a while though, but I doubt that there are a lot of mylotters putting effort in this topic [emwink[/em] (even though I have referred two people of the MLParena).

I agree that it is hard, the only reason that I am ranked one here is because I am one of little people who has joined under this specific interest. I am still a college student aswell and I also work part time, so being active in mylot is hard at times. Thanks for responding!

That's a good way to go about it agrim94. Use the time in which you are waiting and are online allready. I do so when I am waiting for an e-mail or person to come online aswell. There are a lot of spare minutes in there that you can use for mylot if you give it a little thought. Happy to have given you best response, good luck with mylot and enjoy .
