Old question for you:did you sleep well last night? Well,I didnt. I lay awake in the bed for almost two hours_ from midnight to 2:00am.Nothing specific bothered me,just couldnt sleep.By the way,I didnt have a good sleep the night before last night. So I was a bit worried about not falling asleep. What a fool I am!Pls give me some advice on how to deal with insomnia.Or tell me some effective ways to fall asleep fast. Thanks for your responding!

i ever met the same conditions before ,nothing worried me ,if you are costomered to do this ,that would be too bad,i suggest you can find something , such as work hard ,or engjoy your friend,my best choice is doing sports when it's day time or work hard, then when you come home ,if you will feel tired ,and lay bed to be quiet ,gradually you will got into sleep.i' m not sure whether it's helpful, bcz now i work hard at present ,when i come back, then i lay bed to be asleep at once .

I don't sleep very well either. Some things I've heard to do:
-Take MELATONIN, a herbal supplement. I'm not sure if this works, but I've heard good things from friends & family.
-Don't drink caffeine or eat carbs close to the time you are supposed to be going to bed at (this is probably obvious). I also hear that watching TV and going on the computer before you go to sleep can inhibit good sleeping too. I'm not sure if that's a rumor or what.
Good luck!
