Facebook status, do you update religiously?

Yes i do. i check my facebook every night and if i have something that i wanna say i post it in my facebook status. the networking site is so fun and i get to meet a lot of my friends and gain new ones.

I update a few times a week. But it is amazing how people read your status. If I put anything about feeling sad or having a bad day, I have all these people asking if I'm ok etc. Then it gets back to my hubby as they ask him at work how I am and he has a fit. So, yay for the people who really care but boo for not being able to be honest as word gets around!!!

LOL yea actually I do...some days more so than others but at least once a day I'll update my status to either let my friends know wht i'm up to or what my mood is etc..

I used to, but then people started getting so involved with my life that I slack about in on purpose now. Most of the time I just update it with something completely not relevant, and just sort of funny so that people will stop taking my life more seriously than I do myself. It kind of drives me nuts when people are always updating statuses like: "X is going to work" "X just got home from work" "X is having a shower" "X is going grocery shopping" "X just got home from grocery shopping" "X is making dinner" "X is going to bed" First off, I don't think most people care about all the minutiae of a person's day, and secondly, it could be super dangerous if they do. Imagine.. now everyone on your Facebook friend's list (and more if you have an open profile) knows that you went to work 15 minutes ago. Great! Your house is now empty for several hours. We live in a world where information is power, and I can't imagine giving people that much information, enabling them to take power.

yep sure do! I am a facebook addict! I love reading all the smart and quirky thoughts that my friends put up and feel that it is only fair I give them something in return. I would probably update at least once a day, if it is a really interesting day though I will change it every couple of hours.

hello wondericequeen i just yesterday, i think that it was created myself a facebook account. i haven't uploaded any photographs or even done anything to my profile there. lol i need to spend some time there whenever i have the chance to do so and see what i can get accomplished, like adding friend's also. can we put a music playlist on our profile page there? i haven't spent any time at all on that website yet and have no idea what the do's and the dont's are there. i guess that i could post the photographs of my homemade cakes there also. i have most all of them on myspace and also some here at Mylot. take care and have a beautiful evening.

I update at least few days. Sometimes like Saturday or yesterday, I update it more than once.

i don't frequently update my profile in facebook, i assume you notice it. i only update it if i need to. oh yes, from time to time i put something on my wall to inform my friends what's up with me.

I don't update my status on Facebook very often. I do with My Space because I like it and use it more but even then I might go a few days without changing it. I've got friends who will check everyone's status on Facebook daily. They may have given up on seeing mine change. LOL

I don't understand what you mean by religiously, as in your religiion? But yes, I do update it daily, and hope for some comments! :)

i'm sorry, english isn't my native language so i got a bit confused. what do yo mean by religiously? is it mean i put something about my religion on my status? or it has the same meaning with regularly? if the second one is the right answer, i used to update my status daily.. so everyday i change it. but if the means is the first one, no. i don't write about my religion on my status..

I update it so often! I think nobody even reads them anymore though cause I update it so much that it just seems pointless for them to know what Im doing at all times, ha

It varies, I sometimes update it 2 or 3 times a day but then other times I'll leave it for days before updating. It can be a fun way to let everyone know what your upto.
