Yes, it is! Increase in your star, depends on your overall activities in mylot! From posting responses,making discussions and best responses, that would give you a star. Your reputation will be establish, of course. And im still trying to figure out whether our earnings would be affected whenever we get a star increase.

Well i guess people with a high rating have a high rating due to the fact that they write with good punctuation and spelling and most likely they write alot so earning more!

The star shows the overall ratings of your activities here in mylot. So it is the combination of your accumulated best responses, the quality of your post and the reply on your own discussions. Here's a great tip! Make meaningful discussions, the more responses you get, the more you earn, of course you need to reply to some responses if it needs too. Dont worry, just be active, you will get a star soon. Goodluck!

When im still beginning here in mylot, it is so hard for me to do interesting discussions and quality responses. But as time goes by, i learn what i need to learn. And now posting and making discussion is not so difficult for me compared when im still a newbie. Wish you luck!
