When brushing your teeth??..

Hi autunno. I gargle water first before brushing my teeth. I brush upper and lower molar first like 10 times upward and downward motion. And then in front I do it up and down also. And then the last part that I will brush is my tongue. I am a fanatic when it comes to brushing my teeth. I brush my tounge also. I also use mouth wash. I brush every which way,.

When I brush, I try to get every spot and if circles do it then circles it is. Up down also works. And sideways too. Tongues are good places to brush. Cheers!!

I wont do any up and down movements on teeth during brushing because we got lesser space only in vertical way. So I will move horizontally only. I wont clean my tongue also since scientifically it is proved that tongue cleaning will remove the taste buds from your tongue and will lead to criticality in future.

I feel excited after I finished reading your words. Ha, I move my toothbrush up and down and in circles but more in circles. And I have the habit to brush my tongue. So interesting, isn't it?
