your opinion about love marriage and arrange marriage.

I prefer love marriages. I can't imagine haveing a marriage arranged. What if I end up with a drunk for a husband or a wife batterer or a lazy bum? at least with a love marriage you know who you're marrying.

i go for arrange marriage.....im not in love with anybody till now....i think i wont fell in love in the future....arranged marriage will be a better choice 'cause parents are choosing the bride\bride groom , they will choose the pair....they are not gonna blindly pair u, they will see many bride\groom, then they will chose the best pair, they will ask us abt their selection, if we dont like we can tell them, they will choose again the best.....arranged marriage culture is still followed in eastern side...thanx for that....only a few love marriage pairs go succeeded others all end in a disaster....so i opt only only for an arranged marriage....thanx.....happy mylotting....

Arranged marriages were effectively killed in the middle of the 20th century and I never heard anybody undergo arranged marriages in the present generation well. I won't agree with arranged marriages because I am not a royalty.LOL! for me, my personal choice for a partner is what really matters most. Among royalty, arranged marriages proved to be very helpful in preserving their myths and tradition, but I don't think this is effective among middle class who has no myth and wealth to preserve.hehehe
