Doctors say brush your teeth twice a day. Once in the morning and second before going to bed. So this is something we all try to do but fail to achieve. I can say that for atleast myself. I always try and start brushing the my teeth before going to bed. But i always fail to continue this for a long. I don't know why but this i feel is my inability. I really feel bad as i am not been able to achieve this. Are you the same?

Hello There! I brush my teeth three times a day. In the morning, before going to work or once I wake up, I would brush my teeth. When in the office, after lunch, we brush our teeth as well and before going to sleep. I admit that at night there were times I forget to brush my teeth especially when I am already in my bed and reading books then I wouldn’t realize that I am falling fast asleep… hahaha..
Goodluck and thanks for the discussion! Happy Mylotting! Cheers!

Well, yes I try to brush my teeth twice everyday. But I miss the one before going to bed quite often! Actually sometimes I do brush in the evening b4 my evening tea. But as per the doctors, brushing the teeth twice is very beneficial. We can question as to why we should brush our teeth in the nighttime. But in the nighttime, only we take a nap. But the germs never sleep. So as we people know, it may pave way for tooth decay. The germs may put big holes in our teeth. Of course the after math is a painful experience to anyone who is experiencing the tooth decay problem. We will never be able to eat anything properly without accepting the pain, which accompanies it. So it is always better to brush your teeth twice. Once in the morning, as soon as you wake up. And once in the night when we go to sleep.

I actually brush my teeth more often than that because I fear decay, I hate bad breath, and I like a clean smile. So, I brush when I wake up, and at least two more times throughout the day. I also brush right before I go to bed.

So great of you. I am also struggling to get this habit going. Any tips. Or just a character of cleanliness.

it's already become my habit.
I brush my teeth once when i get up. And another just before i head to bed.
It'll feel odd when i don't do it. it's like i'm missing something.

Yes we are all lazy people. We didn't do things that are good for us. Just get into the couch and behave like a couch potato.

Sure, it goes without saying. As the dental fee is so expensive. I prefer to protect my teeth well. It is essential to brush my teeth twice a day. The first time is when I wake up in the morning. The second time is before I go to sleep at night.

I do it for 3 times a day, at least when I'm home. When I am at home, I have this habit of taking a nap in the afternoon. It so happens that I just wake up and notice that the mouth starts smelling real bad, thanks to my Lunch. So I brush in the morning, of course, and then in the afternoon if I'm at home, and at night. It sure is a hard habit to fall into considering how much random our lives are, but it's always good to fall into this habit.

we brush our teeth trice a day. In the morning after eating breakfast, after eating lunch and after eating dinner. It only happened that you don't brush your teeth after eating lunch if you dined out. While at the offices employees brougth their toothbrush so after eating they could do it. While at home if you failed to brush your teeth after dinner, you can make it before going to sleep. Others brush their teeth after taking a bath in the morning so even if they failed to eat their breakfast at home, they had brushed their teeth already.

Brushing teeth twice a day is a habit to me, I don't try specially, it happens very naturally. I feel uncomfortable to go outside of home with dirty mouth, the same going to bed with food stuck in my teeth. I feel much better after cleaning my teeth twice day. Sometimes I do it even more often.

I always try to keep my teeth clean . Brushing twice is really not required as most often people do but the issue is how to keep teeth clean all the time to prevent them from getting plague, also to stop bad smell, etc
Doctors often recommend we brush teeth more than twice a day and it is very important especially for kids who eat junk food, chocolates everyday

It is best to brush our teeth every after meal to avoid tooth decay. If we don't brush, the food that stayed in our teeth will cause the decay. Imagine if it stayed in the teeth overnight. Having tooth decay is quite painful. As much as we possible, we should brush our teeth every after meal to have fresh breath so whenever we talk to people we will not be criticized of having a bad breath in silence. I understand you being lazy to brush..i am like that sometimes but most of the time i brush my teeth thrice.

I actually brush my teeth 3 times a day. Dentist here in the Philippines says that we should brush our teeth 3 times a day. That could be one in the morning, after you eat lunch and before going to bed. I don't know your dentist or doctors there says it is twice a day but the dentist here says 3 times a day.

We should really brush twice or thrice a day and I can do that since it is quite a daily routine for me. I think you can do this also as long as you are willing enough to take some time for your own hygiene.

As a kid, I never really followed that rule either haha. But as I got older, I had a few things that motivated me to take care of my teeth.
1. Brushing before bed is SOOO important. Think about all the stuff you eat during the day just rotting into your teeth as you sleep. That thought alone makes me brush, floss, and rinse.
2. You should also floss. I didn't use to floss at all when I was younger, and ended up getting some sort of infection. I literally had around 25 olsers in the back of my throat, and my tongue had a greenish tint. I didn't eat for four days. Trust me--flossing is worth it.
3. Rinsing is so simple, and it is so effective. Just spend and extra 30 seconds a day, and you'll be taking care of your teeth for a lifetime.
Hope these tips are helpful :)
