300 Ad on Google for leasing g/f or b/f to see parents in spring festival

Very promising young people in thirties imposed advertisement for leasing girl friend or boy friend to make parents happy when returning home in spring festival. The offer could be as high as RMB equivalent to about $100, for a week or ten days.
In my understanding, it is both a sad and a ridiculous thing. Your opinion?

Yeah, sad and ridiculous. But not the last we are hearing of it given the speed and scale at which we are seeing moral decay engulfing our society. Soon enough there shall be husbands and wives for hire and the respect and status accorded to marriage as an institution shall fall by the wayside. What makes it worse is that the guys doing this hiring think they are fooling the parents while in fact they are cheating themselves.
It goes to show how low our society has sunk...we cannot stop at nothing, not even when we are down in the gutter.Imagine what would happen if this kind of practice takes root on a larger scale?
Makes me sad to note that even the very basic practices that hold the fabric of our society together like having morally-upright, responsible relationships has taken a back seat. There's a strong possibility the guys doing the hiring cannot even socialize, let alone play their role in any meaninful relationship...where are we going?
