I have never really wore makeup, maybe lip gloss but that was it, but I am noticing that my face is getting splotchy and my eyebroes thinner, so what should I be wearing?? I do not want to wear a lot of makeup and I still want to look like I do not have any on.

I'm a 30 something mom, too.
And, I have never really worn lots of makeup either.
Mostly cause liquid makeup irritates my skin.
The only thing I wear is Mineral Makeup.
Mineral makeup is so light that I barely can feel it
on my skin.
And, it glides over the little imperfections I'm
trying to hide and doesn't make me feel so old.
I think it makes me look more beautiful.

If it will make you feel pretty, or more confident than perhaps you should. If you are comfortable make-up free, then no continue to not wear it. If you decide to start wearing it perhaps go to a department store for demonstration. The sales person will of course try to sell you everything in their line, but just practice saying no thank you unless of course there is something you like in their line.

I have thought about going and having a whole make over. Maybe when hubby starts working again. I mean, heck, I am not getting any younger so I need to try and look as good as I can for my age. I can't look like I did at 20 but I can try to look good now.

I think that is a personal decision. I do wear a bit of make up when I go out of the house these days. I went to a department store and had them do my make up (it was free) they showed me what they had available and they did me up. I loved the way I looked. I told them that I wanted to look natural and that is how I looked. All department stores that have Estee Lauder, Elizabeth Arden or other major make up counters do make up for free. You do not have to purchase anything.

To dress up and make up for maintaining a gorgeous face is the everlasting right of women. let alone 38 years of age. even 30 years more, you still can do it as you like. besides, making up face not only presents an adorable face to others, but shows the respet to other people.

hi, even if you were 73 instead of 37, you could wear makeup as long as you enjoy it. Wearing makeups show your respect to other people because you spend time on it before meeting people. It indicated ou value the meeting. And to make up , it raise our self-confidence because it highlights our beauty and conceal default. good day, lady.
