I admit I am desperate to lose weight. I do exercise let's say 15 minutes everyday and that's all I can do. I limit my food intake and I still gain weight. I have seen many slimming supplements in the advertisements and many slimming teas in the market. Can drinking tea really make you slim? Do you know any effective slimming tea?

Yes, I try to take slimming tea before and it really help me to lose weight. I also try walking and biking while having this tea. But taking slimming tea also need to partner with healthy diet so we still keep our body healthy even we do not eating too much. I also try slimming coffee before and that coffee was so amazing. I think that slimming coffee help me much better because in after I empty the pack of that coffee I lost four kilos in just eighteen days.

I like wu-yi tea. This tea is very good for slimming supposedly. I havent tried it yet though. I have tried drinking green tea in place of coffee but I havent really had any good effects from it. I had heard that you could lose ten pounds by replacing coffee wtih green tea but it didn't work for me.

i've tried slimming teas. And all they do is really detox you. So your tummy would seem smaller after awhile.
But i would say that slimming tea only works on a long term basis.
Try not eating after 6pm. Apparently it does work. Some asian artists do admit that they refrain from eating after 6pm to lose weight.
