I buy a ton of stuff online. I start Christmas shopping online in October. It make is easier and there is no lines or traffic to have to fight. If you are looking at a laptop online you should check out www.woot.com. They have daily deals and seem to have a laptop once a week or so. Its a really neat site. I got my laptop from craigslist.com and got a killer deal on it.

i do shop online sometimes, but i prefer to go to the stores myself- get to to see/touch/try the item. i only buy stuff online if the things that i want is not available where i live, or if it is, it's cheaper to get it online. i also enjoy browsing through the catalogues online

well i bought two items in ebay last year. haven't bought anything yet this year.
Usually i buy stuff in stores because i am not used to buying online yet, although i have started selling in ebay just this month. Haha.

Honestly I don't buy stuffs online simply because I want to be sure that its really in good condition. Secondly the shipping the good than I buy will be so expensive so this are the reasons why I don't buy stuffs in online.

We do a lot of shopping online and have got some really good deals, but you are right, shipping can make it really expensive. There are some things to watch for when you are shopping online, especially ebay.
I always look for people who charge shipping which is calculated on where you live. So many people charge high shipping because they think their item will not sell for much and they try to make it up in the shipping. If you look for the sellers that calculate shipping on your location you know you are paying the actual cost of shipping. This has saved me lots of money over the years.
When we buy something big or heavy online, especially from ebay (my favorite place to shop) I look at all the listings to get an idea of what the item is going for. Then I do a search for the item within a certain mile range (usually within 100 miles) that I would be willing to go pick it up. I bought my Mac computer, a color laser printer and several ceramic molds online this way. The cost of the items were great, it was cheaper for me to go get the items than it was to pay shipping, and it gave me an opportunity to spend a day relaxing and seeing areas near me that I may not have taken the time to go see.
I also look for sellers that give me the option of how I want to have it shipped as this way you can save a few dollars if you want to also.

I do not buy stuff online. I do not trust these sites and have the fear of using my credit card for online transactions. I prefer to go out and then buy the stuff.

I already bought things online. Of course the shipping was cheap and it was worth it at that time. But I do prefer to buy things on stores, it´s safer I don´t have to give my cc number to any site and take the stuff with me right away. Always better than to have to wait and pay shipping costs.

Yes.. i usually buy gadgets online(laptop, mobile phones and game consoles).. gadgets being sold online are way cheaper than ones in the shopping malls.. you can ask for a little discount and yes, it's more comfy as you can get to shop right at the comfort of your home.. when it comes to clothes, i prefer raiding my favorite stores at the mall..

Yes, I do buy things online. Amazon is the main site that I buy on. They have so many good deals on there. It's also cool because if you spend $25 or more, you get free shipping, which is very easy to spend enough to qualify for the free shipping. I have also bought on Newegg, TigerDirect, and Ubid. Ubid is an auction site like Ebay, but it's better in my opinion. I bought my last computer there a little over four months ago, and got an awesome deal on it. I would definitely suggest shopping online if you can find better deals on websites.

I have bought things online over the past 3 years. I have bought from ebay, Amazon, and LAInks. I always look at the sub-total and how much shipping will be. Sometimes you might find something for a good price, but once you add the shipping it is not such a good deal. I will be getting all my printer ink from lainks from now on. I ordered a single cartridge, just to try it out, and it's great. My ink cartridges will now cost me 5.25 compared to 15.99 at Staples. And there shipping cost is good also. Any order over $31 is free shipping, anything under $31 is 3.95 shipping. So even adding that to the 5.25 was still a considerable savings. I just recently order all 6 cartridges, just to have on hand, and got the free shipping.
Finding it worth the cost all depends on what they charge for shipping.

Sure, I like shopping online. It is very convenient to find various kinds of products via the net. I am even a VIP buyer from Taobao which is a website similar with Ebay here. Besides Taobao, I like shopping in Amazon for books as the price is very nice.
I love China

Well now in singapore it is not possible. there is not much abt getting anything online. so i dont buy here. They surely aregood deals esp when u buy them with great offers and use coupons. i always searched for coupons when i bought stuff online

I used to buy things online but now since I got ripped off, I have to be more careful. I don't want bad things to happen to me again. Do you still buy stuff onlie? Can you tell me the site that sells things honestly?

I never bought things on the internet but I have a friend who does, on e-bay, and it seems pretty reliable! She never does her shopping in the "real world", she buys almost everything she wears on e-bay. I think it's a safe, fast and economic way of buying, if I may say so, because I've seen my friend buying all this stuff and it never went wrong. All you have to do is having a paypall account, as I think you might know... :) Hope it helped!

Have you ever Tried TigerDirect.com for computer related things. I've bought my last 2 computers there, and all of my families Computers, Tv's, and other things. They have no cost delivery a lot of times and their prices are the best I've ever seen.
