We can't afford our house anymore!!!

With the way the economy is and the cost of everything going up we are getting to the point were we cannot afford our house. We have thought about refinancing but are upside down in our loan because house have decreased so much by us. My husband is the only one that works. With 4 small kids it is practically impossible for me to work. Does any body have any ideas about how to make even a little extra money?? I am desperate for advise. Thanks

I know a wonderful broker that is so knowledgable about foreclosures, short sales and help that is out there. If you want to become a friend, I will send you his info. I don't know what part of the country you are in, but I am in Phoenix, AZ. He will probably have good advice for you even if you are not in AZ.
I know there are lots of people out there trying anything they can to pull in extra income that's not a scam. If you can, you can start your own business if you have a talent or skill. Then you can do it from home and have tax benefits as well. Good luck!
You could also refer more poeople to this site and hopefully they will get addicted like the rest of us.

I hope since this posting you were able to keep your home. I ended up myself getting a retail job part time to help pay the bills. I work opposite of my husband. It doesn't make our relationship easy exactly but if I didn't work my little job we'd be in a worse off situation. Plus I enjoy the break from the kids.
