returning something you bought online? I made a recent purchase from a site. I have bought stuff from them before. And was always really pleased. But this latest buy, well I am not to sure it is what I wanted. Have you ever returned something you bought online? Was it easy, or a pain?

Hrm... I tend not to return things. Guess I should (saves money) but I don't. Not usually. I think I returned something bought online to a Walmart store once.. that was easy enough.

I have never returned anything I have gotten online before even if I hadn't been happy about it. It just seems to must of a hassle really I would guess now it would be different if I had spent alot of money on it them Yes I would expect that I would return it for a refund or replacement if I wasn't happy and it would be a hassle for sure I am sure they always give people a hard time.

Hello ersmommy1! Yes, I've had to return something that I've bought online. It was really easy and the company was great about it. I ordered some books and they box got wet in the delivery truck, wetting the books. I opened the box, saw the damage, and called the company up right away. The person I spoke with arranged for my order to be resent out the next day and sent me a prepaid mailing sticker to send the damaged books back to them.

Yes, I sure have. I had bought a blue tooth online and when I received it, it didn't work. The darn thing wouldn't even charge. I decided to send it into the manufacturer instead of to the place I bought it from. I figured this way I'd be sure to get one that works. After I sent it in it took several weeks before they sent me a new one. And as the previous one wasn't available anymore they gave me an "upgraded" model without even contacting me first. It does work, but it is so heavy on my ear that it hurts after wearing it for even a short period of time. I tried to put up with it for a while as I didn't want to spend the money on getting yet another one, but I finally couldn't take it anymore and I decided to buy a new one from a local Wal-Mart (different brand, of course). As I didn't want to chance going through such a hassle again I decided to buy it in person instead.
It may be nice to get items shipped to your home, but sometimes it can be more hassle than it is worth.

i have several experience in buying bad things online and then i return them.
it is really troublesome for me.
why can the owner check goods carefully when sending out.
sometimes, the quality of goods is not same as the goods which described online.
so now i seldom shopping online

I have only bought online a couple of times and I just recently returned some of those items. It wasn't too bad. I just put them back in the same package and threw them in the UPS slot near my house. Pretty simple really. I was surprised.

I have only bought one item online, and it showed up perfectly fine, then I found something for a better price, and returned the other item and got a full refund.

I've never had a problem with it. One time I ordered an XS dress offline and it was too small, so I sent it back and asked them to send the same dress but a size small. First they sent me an XS again, and I was confused. Than the next day I got a size small. They told me just to keep both the dresses since it was there mistake. haha
