work from home hq users - help needed

hello friends, i had joined Work From Home HQ recently. it seem very interesting in the beginning, but i have had some problems there....any help will be appreciated. i had done three jobs till now, using craiglist account, but for each of them, i got a mail saying it could not be verified.....does this happen very often?? Also, for the next job, it says that i need to have a phone verified account......but i don't have one.....is it necessary to get it verified through phone?...is there no way out?
