I really don't mind what I wear when I am at home may it be faded or torn clothes but when I know someone will be visiting us so that's the time that i would refrain from using some torn clothing so that I would look presentable when the visitors comes over but this rarely happens so I like the think fabric clothing when i ma just at home. Happy mylotting!!!

Hi Modstar, I like wearing faded or 'out-of-shape' clothes (especially tshirts) at home - they are more comfortable. But not torn clothes though!

I'm all for comfort, and if my comfy clothes are faded and practically worn out, then never mind. I will still wear them.

I have no problem wearing tattered clothing while I am at home. Rather than throw them away, I will wear them around the house. When they get too bad, then I will throw them away. You should feel comfortable when you are at home, without worrying about staining or tearing a perfectly good garment. I like wearing my old worn clothing around the house.

I love wearing my nasty looking raggy, baggy clothing when I am at home, it is liberating to relax like that. When I get home I usually get right into my comfortable clothing immediately. There is nothing better than feeling like you are at home.

Seasoned cloths are a comfort to wear. Like the faded jeans which has become the in thing in today's fashion. The more soiled it is the more classic and rugged the wearer feels. Like wearing patches and torn cloths it is very much associated to being in your own home grown fashion. There is nothing less of anyone who wears torn and faded shirt as long as it is not dirty and smelly otherwise you will be mistaken of being someone of unsound mind.

I'm about the same. They are nice and worn in. they feel just right and when i'm at home I want to feel comfortable. Most of the time when i'm at home, i'll put on some sweat pants, and a tshirt. sometimes if i'm really being lazy lol and I know i'm not going anywhere i'll just put my pj bottoms back on after my shower.

I think it doesn't matter, home is a place where to be true yourself and to relax totally, sometimes torn washcloth and faded table cloth just show how warm and homey the home is.Living in this kind of room, listening soft music, wearing a loose T-shirt and a pair of faded jeans just is a so cozy thing. So why not do it,just be yourself!

Hey modstar! I don't usually care what I wear if I am going
to be at home and not going anywhere special! It doesn't
matter to me! I like to be comfortable! It makes me feel
better to be in something that is comfortable and worn! If
I know that no one is going to see it that makes it even better!

Same here. I like to be as relaxed as possible when at home. None of mine are so torn that I would be embarrassed to answer the door though. Most of mine are faded, stretched out, or just something I wouldn't wear out of the house (shirts that I have had forever from junior high and high school and such...)

I am always wearing old clothes, not just at home! When you find clothes that you are comfortable in, you feel much more relaxed. Plus when you're at home you shouldn't have to put on a show for anyone - it's not like you're on display.

Actually i dont mind wearing faded clothes at home, but my husband does. He wrinkles his nose and say, get rid of it. Buy some new ones if you dont have any, but stop wearing this. I guess it spoils the astetic appearance which they expect from their wives, even at h ome. So, I get rid of old faded clothes, though Id love to wear them at home.

Nope it definitely does not matter as old shirts are nice to wear as the cloth of the shirt has become soft which makes it more cooling considering the all year round hot weather we have over here. I not only like wearing it at home I recently purposely went to cut of the sleeves of one of my shirt !!! LOL!!!

It depends on the situation at home..If i would something to do that I would be heavily got dirty then I would wear those torn or faded shirts but if I would just be home normally I would just wear regular wears. BUT!! during sleeping time? Wow what a fresh feeling to wear those torn shirts..hehe have you tried it?

Most of my "homewear" are torny, loose, faded, with holes in the armpits. LOL, coz those are my comfort clothes. When I'm at home, I feel like I don't need to be anybody else but me. And that's me, torny, loose, faded and with holes in my armpits. Hahaha. Nice analogy, right?
