Garlic health benefits

Garlic is a very useful herb it can help to lower cholesterol and its a natural anti bacterial. I love to use it in my food when cooking. I try to eat as much of it raw or cooked as I can. Do you use garlic on a regular basis? Do you believe in its health benefits?

Certainly,yes. I am a garlic lover and take it regularly not because it is a wonder food but I like the taste.. May I say that if you want to have the full benefits of garlic, you should get it raw.But don`t over eat it...
