Shower or Bath?

Which do you prefer--a quick shower or a long bath? I guess it would depend on how much time you had. But if you did have time, would you linger in a bath filled with bubbles, perhaps candle light surrounding you, and a glass of wine? Nah, I'm a shower girl--quick, easy and refreshing. How 'bout you?

I take a long shower. lol I can't take fast showers and i don't like baths. i don't feel clean from a bath so i always take a shower. I like baths sometimes but if i do that I would have to shower after-wards or before so i would feel clean. i know that probably sounds weird but it's true lol i have weird skin and just don't feel clean from the bath. maybe its because i feel like i'm laying in dirty water lol

Well, unfortunately anymore it is almost impossible to get in and out of the bathtub, so I prefer a shower, and enjoy being able to relax in one as well. I can remember a time when I was having some issues with my Leg due to having some Chronic wounds and not being able to take a Shower, etc. like I wanted to where it really drove me crazy. But there is nothing like a Good Hot shower during the winter months to relax for sure.

as a girl I always preferred a shower, it was chique the in thing, but I wish I was not disabled and I could have a nice bath. I certainly miss it.

Hello gtargirl. I prefer to take a quick shower and I always take a shower instead of a bath. It is more convenient and comfortable and time-saving for me. Take care.

I usually feel much cleaner when I take a shower. You're right, it is time-saving.

I hop into the shower in the mornings to freshen me up for the day, then at night, when the kids are all in bed I can have my nice relaxing soak in the bath. And know that I wont have anyone knocking down the bathroom door......

Mmmm, sauna sounds good in this cold weather. But doesn't it make you sweat?

I have very hard well water and it stinks so I prefer showers. Plus we recently renovated our bathroom. We took out the tub and replaced it with just a shower. But there are some days that I miss soaking in a nice warm tub.

I like both in different time. Bath is necessar before going to work, you have to feel fresh so that you have energy to work and its irritable when you did not take a bath adn you are guilty of having a foul odor LOL. Shower on the other hand is perfect for me in the night before going to sleep. It leave me a feeling of comfy and it is easy to feel asleep. Shower is also good in the stressed body to be relaxed but advice that you do it when you are already rested for an hour or two.

It depends on my schedule. If I am in a hurry reporting to work, I'll have a quick shower, but during weekends when there's no reason to hurry. Then I will have a long bath. I love soaking on the water, because it feels that my mind is completely free and in a peaceful condition. I also lots of time to think about, like planning the schedule and all, when I have a long bath.

I won't make a debate out of this discussion. My body seems to prefer real bath everyday with soap and sponge. I dislike smelling my sweat mixed with fragrance.
