Do you let your children watch TV? How much can they watch?

I don't think there is anything wrong with an hour or so everyday but I want my kids to be out playing or doing more constructive things with their time. As far as my baby is concerned I would NEVER put her in front of Baby Einstein or any other "educational" infant shows. I do not think there is any value whatsoever in children under the age of 2 watching TV.
