Paypal/AlertPay Account

Hi guys,I am a new member here in Mylot and to some ptc site. Some ptc site recommends you to have a paypal account first for paymnent transactions etc. When i view the sign up process in Paypal it shows 3 accounts type: Personal, Premier and the Business. Of course i already read the uses of each acct but i want to be sure that what if i signed up for Personal Account,could i receive payments from those site that i am into?. Also, most ptc site advise you to upgrade premium and since i don't have yet any bucks in my AlertPay account, I tried to transfer the needed amount for premium from my personal savings..that made me disappointed because my country does'nt support bank transfer instead Bankwire is only available which is, if am not mistaken charge almost half amount as processing fee...hmmp so expensive on my side. Are there any way to upgrade premium? Hope i can read suggestions soon. Thank You.

Maybe you can try using your debit or credit card to send money to your paypal accounts. This is faster. But I do not know how much they charge for the service fees. As I have never add money to my paypal account I would not be able to help you much. The other option is try to earn money from the net and from the money your earned from the net you can use it to upgrade like I usually do.
