Have you ever had a Crush on somebody so Bad it Hurts?

I had a crush on a girl when i was 17, and it was so intense that it seriously Hurt. This is the whole story, we where both in High School, she was one of those Debate Club, Drama Club, Poetry type girls. I was on the Football team and the Soccer team. She had higher than a 4.0 Gpa. I had a 2.8 average. Well we were two completely different people, and we barely talked. Any chance i got to talk to her was completely shot down by the fact that we had nothing to talk about. But she was so pretty and I still wish i had talked to her at least once.
Either way nothing ever happened between us, and I still wonder to this day what ever became of her.
So tell me your stories of love lost, and the crushes you had. Did you ever talk to him or her? How Old were you? What ever happened to them? Do you wish you had done anything different?

I had a crush on my bestfriend. IT started when we were in 3rd year high school. Our teachers awlays tease us because we are like cats and dogs. WE always argue on little things. Our friends always told us that we will end up together because as the saying goes " the more you hate, the more you love". For me its really true, i just woke up one day and im already in love with my bestfriend. Some of our friends knew about it but my bestfriend doesnt knew it. though our classmates teases us but i never had the guts to admit it to my bestfriend that all they are saying is really true. Besides i dont want to ruin our friendship and i know he doesnt love me more than a friend. It really hurts me a lot seeing him with another girl. After we graduated in high school we enrolled in different universities since then we seldom see each other. But the feeling i have for him just grows deeper. After college we found jobs and there are times we planned to meet with our friends go to the beach and have some fun. Seeing my bestfriend really made me happy recalling the times when we are still together in high school. The feelings i have for him grow fonder. Then i found out that he has a girlfriend already. So what i did i date and finally have a boyfriend jsut to divert my attention. it did help i forgot him for a while i guess. My friends throw a birthday dinner for me and thats the worst i guess. My bestfriend found out my deepest secret. From then on everything really changed. We've been avoiding each other. It really hurts cause i know i can never have him. Though until now i havent forget him but i already move on.

Yup i have a big crush before with my bestfriend in high school. And i really kept it from him for so many years. i really got hurt everytime i see him with another girl or if there's someone he tries to court. i really value our friendship and i dont want him to know that i feel something for him. even though it really hurt me all the time. but there are times i want to tell him that i love him so much. how i wish ive done that. been years that i guess i already moved on and i forgot the feelings that i feel for him. but until now i havent even tell him about it. it is better to keep it for the rest of my life.

..Sure, I did.. and it really hurts.. However, past is past and I know I can never bring back what happened yesterday..So let's live life to the fullest assuming that today is our mlast day here on earth..
