nowadays, a lot of ptc sites turning out to be a scam. i have been to different forums checking out the reason why a lot of ptc sites that are legit from the start turn out to be a scam. its either they shut their site off, minimize their ads to an unjustice reason and adjusting rates that are impossible to reach. what's up with the ptc world out there? ptc world now gaining negative connotation from a different people because of few people who take advantage of other people.
