Cannot delete from the source file or disk

I cant delete this picture folder
in my mp5..
There are many times that it had happen
to me,,
and I still dont know how to prevent this
from happening again..
should i reformat my device again?
Are there no other ways
of fixing this matter?
Please help....

Maybe you can link it with your computer and try to delete it.Probably it's a soft problem.By the way,i'm using a mp5 which made in China,but it works very well!

I think it's caused by a virus. Yes, reformatting your device will solve the problem. Avoid receiving and storing files with virus to your MP5. Happy myLottinG!
