This is my class' debate question. I strongly disagree that meat should be banned in a country.
There are lots of people working in the meat business, if meat is banned, those people will lose their jobs.
Meat could provide people minerals, like iron, zinc and so on.
How do you think?

Certainly Not...
I think meat is important just like any other foods...
Meat is one good source of protein...
some people may say that we should avoid meat to protect our health...
but I think this isn't true...yes, meat could be bad if taken too much..
we should know how to control..
self-control is all we need...

Banning meat in a country seems very extreme - looks like the citizens in the country have no freedom of choice in the food they eat. Unless it has been discovered that the meat has been tainted with disease, I don't see why a country should ban meat.

hi angel!
i don't think that certain kinds of foods should be banned in a country. i think that everyone should be given the freedom of choice in what to eat. as long as they can afford to buy that food, why deny them the privilege?
i think that it is everyone's prerogative to eat or not to eat meat. the government should not decide for us. we are not asking them for money in order to fund what we eat, then why should they control it?
take care and God bless you!
happy mylotting!
