I'm glad you're alright. I think you should talk to the lady about compensation for pain and suffering.
I'm also a bike rider and have been lightly "brushed" by a bus once. It just barely touched the outside of my jersey sleeve. But, I've never actually been hit.
I ride my bike to a gym only a couple of miles from my house and I have to deal with buses all the time, some drive right in the bike lane! Makes me scared to go out by bike.

I've been really close to being hit while walking multiple times, but I've never actually been hit. I have, however, been in a few car accidents... none of which were my fault.

I used to ride a dirt bike in my neighborhood when I was a kid, and one time a car hit me. We were both going slowly and luckily I wasn't hurt. The only damage was my front wheel was bent so that when the handlebars were straight the wheel was crooked.
I'm glad your accident wasn't serious and that you weren't hurt.

I was hurt, but not as bad as I could of been. I got very lucky. Glad you were okay after you got hit. Thanks for responding.

Yes thankfully. If the lady was going any faster then she was, I'm sure I'd be in alot more pain right now. I got very lucky. Thank you for responding.

Yes, thank god, it isn't something that i would wish apon anybody. It wasn't major. I messed up my right hp and my left wrist pretty bad, but i will be ok. It could of been worse. Thank you for the response.

Um, not as a pedestrian. Ouch, I hope you are ok. But I have been hit by a truck when I was driving my car. It was very scary.

oh dear i hope you are ok hope you were not injured it would of been a bit of a shock ..but no i haven`t been hit but have had a few close calls

well.. hit by a car?? i think never.. but i already hit a stoped car whith my bike.. stoped in the end of courve... .. a moving car.. i hit the door... right in the middle... hehehe and other.. i remember... my friend brake and across in my front... the bike stop.. i´m too.. but after roll a lot of times, hehe and hit another stoped car... well.. i´m lucky...

I haven't been hit by a car on my bike or walking. That has to be scary! My sister was hit while riding my bike...totaled the bike of course, she was bruised & scraped...
