I eat fruits every day. I like apples, oranges, melon, cherries and bananas. I feel much healthier after eating fruits and vegetables every day, I get my needed vitamins and stay healthy.

I eat fruits everyday. Mango, apple, papaya, avocado and banana are part of my daily meals. I also drink fruit and vegetable juices like pineapple and carrot juices. I prefer these foods rather than junk foods, burgers, french fries, meat, coffee and softdrinks which has nothing but fats and calories.

pomegranates and Pine apples are abundant in my place In addition to this we have bananas too. one type of fruit every day we eat in my home.

hi rubypatson, my dear friend, i love fruits and i have fruits daily. i take papaya without fail. before i use to take many fruits like grapes, apples, banana, pineapple, strawberry, cherries, waatermelon, muskmelons, guava, and many many more. but now i have gained so much of weight that choose fruits that dont have too muc of sugar and alll stuff to burn after eating. i cant burn a lot because i dont sweat. i am having sweating problem so i have to avoid certain things to eat and that is advised by my doctor. i love oranges grapefruits, sweetlime papaya, watermelon a lot. infact i like most of the fruits because i m A fruit eating person. i take a fruit plate in the evening without fail andi share it with my hubby and eleven month oldie. she love oranges , juices and papaya the most.she also love to have juice just like me.my hubby and baby take banana in the morning daily with milk.

I eat a banana with my breakfast and an apple with lunch every day. It may sound boring to eat the same fruit everyday, but I find myself actually craving my afternoon apple.
I try to buy only organic fruits for my family and besides the apples and bananas, I usually buy grapes for my sons and/or tangerines or oranges when they are in season.
In the spring and summer, we usually have at least 3 servings of fruit each day.

Yes I do. But don't forget fruits are a lot of sugar and too much sugar can be turned into fat inside the body. So certain sweet fruits should be eaten with a limit (like grapes, bananas).
But of course they contain lots of vitamins and minerals thats important for your body and will make you look beautiful. Some fruits have a detoxifying ability that is awsome for proper metabolic regulation and also strengthens your immune system etc etc. So fruits are very important.
So when you have a sweet tooth rather than going for a choclate some grapes could fill up the sweet tooth while giving you all the above mentioned good stuff. But remember if you want to lose weight you might want to research on the amount of sugars in each fruit because fruits don't necessarily help you lose weight because of their sugar content.

i eat few fruits but my little son 5 years old He buy 2 or 3 fruits every day some days i need to said that not eat more banana. :D
