If you call your self anime addict you will know the meaning of manga and dorama right? Manga is a comics and dorama is the drama. One of the title that has manga, dorama and anime is Detective Conan. I like to read the comics and see the anime, but I think it's very odd to see the figures in the comics become the real man at that dorama.
What if, Doraemon also has dorama LOL...Who will be the Doraemon??
How about you, which one do you prefer? Watch the anime, drama or read the comics?

I haven't watch any dorama. I prefer reading the manga than watching the anime.

Well, honestly, it doesn't really matter much - I'm a fan of all three. The only series for which I read the manga and watched both the anime and live-action/movie/musical adaptations would be Prince of Tennis. I enjoyed all three versions actually.

I think it is pretty long time that I don't see any dorama or anime. Perhaps, I am saturated lol. I used to watch dorama and anime. My favorite dorama are Love Story in Harvard, Dragon Sakura, Good Luck, Kurosagi, Beach Boys, Heroes, and GTO. On the other hand, my favorite anime is sport and detective related such as Conan, Det. Q, Whistle, Prince of Tennis, and Slamdunk.

i prefer read the comics because i love reading and see the picture, but i also love to watch anime because when i have to read full about the manga, i sometimes want to watch the movie. such as manga title " Garasu No Kamen" i love that manga very much, but i can not watch the dorama because it is released maybe only at japan, in indonesia we can not watch that dorama.

I haven't watched much dorama. I'm just not as interested if it's not animated. Anime really interests me because of the varied art styles, the little touches each artist puts in that makes you see one of their shows and go 'oh this is this person's work' and such. It's also really neat to me how many different kinds of stories you can tell easily with anime, without having to resort to very cheesy special effects as you would have to in live action. It's a wonderful medium for sci fi and fantasy elements.
Usually my interest in manga starts because of anime of the same title. There are a lot of series where the anime was canceled before the story was really fully told, so I wind up reading the manga to get the rest of the story.
Occasionally, however, I will pick a volume of manga up and just start reading a series, if I see something that looks interesting.

i've never actually seen a dorama.I enjoy anime the most, because that's where i started.Anime got me into manga!Altough i think the manga wins in an artistic point of view, because in an anime the designer get's sloppy... for example on fight scenes where the characters are not so well drawned as they are in mangas, but anime are more envolving! mangas are better animated in my opinion.Manga also has the advantage of being more portable, so i end up reading more manga then watching anime.
But the anime, the colour, the sound the movement,it's way more fun than manga, and for me that's what's all about: fun!

If it comes to different versions of a story, then the original proves to be the best 90% of times. Anyway I love manga, anime and dorama too, if I get bored with one I switch to the other type. From the tree however, doramas are the one that usually prove to be of poorer quality and better for brainusage-free entertainment only.
