I have a bit of mild arthritis. I keep it in check by eating fish regularly (it contains Omega 3, which is good for arthritis) and also by taking regular moderate exercise to keep the joints supple. You can also get fish oil capsules at the chemist for extra Omega 3, but I don't bother.

Eel's not something that I've seen in shops in my part of the country - it tends to be more things like cod, roe, haddock and mackerel. I'll bear it in mind though, and I'll probably give it a try sometime. Cheers.

That's pretty hard to answer, depends on the type and the situation. Only a doctor can give you the right answer for that. Usually it's treated with pills, and painkillers.

You may want to try hyaluronic acid and msm. They are both natural ingredients that can really help with this. Bendease is a product that has both. http://www.nutrega.com/bendease/?type=1
