If some smart people r were in office at this time, they would use every bit of that money to educate the work force. Anyone one without skills, or without a current job and of the work age should be able to particpate in a goverment funded program, that would give the population work skills and trades, and provide a stipend at the standard of the cost of living. that way people would have money to spend in the n da economy and live, as well as become skilled workers for our communities, which is also greatly needed. would any agree?
