What are your weakness?

It is a great question which are mostly a person itself is not aware of but if person look toward himself and sit to make his/ her own SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) then he will come to know about himself. Many interviews are also have this frequently ask this question. So can we have views on this? My weakness is Organising the work on paper.. I am techy person if I dont have Computer with me Life is still for me which is become my weakness now my all work go on computer only whats ur?
