Has anyone here ever thought about making there own PTC site?

I was wondering what would go into making your own PTC site. I enjoy the sites I below to and I thought maybe it would be fun to start my own. How would I go about it? What kind of scripts would I need. Would I be able to design it myself or would I need someone else to do it for me?

It would be awsome and it would propably need much money. but i dont think around 1000 usd... anyway it would be fun

It should be a tough work. Always u will be busy if you want to be an honest admin :) . I am a programmer actually. If anyone interested to make ur site done, you can hire me :), my interest is on developing, not administration....
