That movie wasn't too bad. As far as how many officers are actually like that, I see both sides. It's a good thing to put someone away if they are truly guilty of a serious crime such as rape, murder, or something else that is horrifying. However, once an officer tampers with evidence or makes things look different than they truly are, frames people, etc, they are also breaking the law and may go too far. As in the case with the movie, it probably would fuel a new addiction for some of them. Who knows?
