Cheap Hols

I need some help here, I live in the UK and my other half lives in Spain. He is working all summer because he works in a hotel so after the season has ended, about end of October, we want to go on holiday. Any suggestions on where to go that is cheap and fun and hot. We may be looking to rent an apartment because it is cheaper for us and he can cook, which is a bonus. So guys and girls what are you suggestions on where we can go.

Forgive me for pointing out the obvious,but wouldn't you consider going over to join him in Spain once the season's over? Accommodation should be cheaper,it shouldn't be as hot as in high season,yet still plenty warm compared with coming from the UK,Your other Half will have been paid in Euros,He should be familiar with the area by then and you could get a cheap flight booking far enough ahead..Do Either of You speak Spanish? Or would you rather get him as far away from Spain as possible after his job ends?

Hi SheperdSpy, I know what you are saying but mostly during the season when he is working I fly there from Friday til Monday every month, and when he is not working he flies into me. But we just wanted somewhere different than where he is, being him living and working there. He is Chilean by birth so speaks fluent spanish and most english. I know he has lived a time in Tenerife as well so that option is out, just we wanted somewhere warm and cheaper.

Fair enough,if You're able to visit one another then you'll maybe have seen enough of Spain together by the time He's finished..Unfortunately,I don't have a lot of experience resort wise outside of Spain,Germany or France..Maybe Turkey or Portugal would work for You? good luck with the holiday!
