Laptop Hard Drives

What cable connection is used with a Laptop and Hard Drive? Is it the same as a Desktop Hard Drive? I guess what I'm asking is, can I use my extra HDD from my Desktop in my Laptop? Thanx!!

Hey, I don't think it will actually work. Because firstly the hard drives are a different size, most hdd's are actually built for laptops only. Happy Lotting!
